Shri Meneriaji. I thank you for kindly accepting to be the Chapter President
for Delhi – the heart of the country state, and we are very much sure that WBO
will progress to newer heights under your able guidance and leadership.
When I
sent a mail about your taking charge, I received innumerable calls and mails
stating that it is one of the best choices of WBO. Thank you once again to be our leader at
Delhi.
Incidentally
we went back to 28.4.2011 from 2012 and this could not suit the banking norms
hence the cheque could not be presented.
